I am aware of the Appendix E, Historical and Cultural Resources Documentation (ML22285A165) being withdrawn, it is available to the NRC for review. Therefore, are you saying that what we have is complete and ready for the NRC to do an acceptance review of the application?

Every file is accounted for and the only file I cant verify is present is Appendix E, Historical and Cultural Resources Documentation (ML22285A165). It was withdrawn from the public library, but should be available to you.

Mary Neely was very helpful. She explained that the five files that none of us can see yet were being held because they didnt know if there were more files coming as part of a larger package. The following is a list of the 25 files that make up Package ML22287A079 - the entire Facility Decommissioning Plan - Rev 3, including the letter of submittal. The five highlighted files are the ones that should shortly be available for a SUNSI review.
