BRAIDWOOD STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 - WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST (EPID L-2021-LLA-0141)
Dear Mr. Rhoades:
By letter dated August 2, 2021 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML21214A331), as supplemented by letter dated June 6, 2022 (ML22157A438),
you applied for amendments to the Braidwood Station, Facility Renewed Operating License Nos. NPF-72 and NPF-77. The proposed changes would have modified the facility Technical Specification (TS) 3.7.9, Ultimate Heat Sink and TS 3.7.9 Surveillance Requirement 3.7.9.2.
Subsequently, by letter dated October 31, 2022, you withdrew the request for the amendments.
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendments to Facility Renewed Operating Licenses with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
