QUAD CITIES NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 - WITHDRAWAL OF RELIEF REQUEST RV-11 (EPID L-2022-LLR-0020)

Dear Mr. Rhoades:

By letter dated February 17, 2022 (Agencywide Document Access and Management System Accession No. ML22048B569), you submitted relief request RV-11 for Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2. The relief request proposed an alternative to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Operation and Maintenance Code to adopt Code Case OMN-28, Alternative Valve Position Verification Approach to Satisfy ISTC-3700 for Valves not Susceptible to Stem-Disc Separation. Subsequently, by letter dated October 31, 2022 (ML22304A575) you withdrew the relief request.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) acknowledges your request to withdraw the application. The NRC staffs activities associated with the review have ceased and the associated EPID L-2022-LLR-0020 has been closed.
