OF THE AUGUST 10, 18, 22, AND 29, 2022 CLOSED MEETINGS WITH WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC COMPANY TO DISCUSS WHITE PAPERS REGARDING THE EVINCITM MICRO-REACTOR DESIGN The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held closed meetings on August 10, August 18, August 22, and August 29, 2022, to discuss eight white papers related to Westinghouses eVinci micro-reactor design. On June 30, 2022, Westinghouse submitted eight white papers on aspects of the eVinci micro-reactor design (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML22181A134). The NRC staff provided preliminary feedback and questions to Westinghouse to support the discussions during the closed meetings. During the meetings, Westinghouse addressed the questions and feedback that had been provided prior to the meeting.

The closed meeting notice can be found in ML22214A061. This meeting notice was posted on the NRC public website as a closed meeting because the white papers are withheld in their entirety as proprietary commercial information and are being withheld from public disclosure. provides the list of meeting attendees. to this memorandum contains proprietary information. When separated from the Enclosure(s), this memo is DECONTROLLED.
