In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between our agencies, on May 4, 2022 I requested that you review the Japanese Competent Authority Certificate J/2037/AF-96, Revision 0 for the Model MX-6P package and make a recommendation concerning our revalidation of the package for import and export use (Docket No. 71-3100 and EPID No. L-2021-DOT-0007). On June 29, 2022, you sent a Request for Additional Information (RAI) regarding this review.
