In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between our agencies, on May 4, 2022 I requested that you review the United Kingdom Certificate of Approval No. GB/4120/B(U), Revision 0, for the DPR 200 transport package and make a recommendation concerning our revalidation of the package for import and export use (Docket No. 71-3102; EPID L-2022-DOT-0003). On August 17, 2022, you sent a Request for Additional Information (RAI) regarding this review.
Our applicants response to your RAI was received and has been electronically transmitted to you and your staff. Our applicant also clarified that none of the material submitted is proprietary.
