This is a Comment-Gathering Meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to receive comments from participants on specific NRC decisions and actions to ensure that NRC staff understands their views and concerns.

Purpose:

The purpose of this public meeting is to address NEI's request for NRC engagement on the latest draft of NEI 99-01. The NRC staff plans to discuss comments on the subject guidance document prior to its submittal for formal review. Members of the public are invited to observe the meeting and discuss regulatory issues with the NRC representatives at the designated time in the agenda.
