In Reference 1, Louisiana ~nergy Services (LES), dba Urenco USA (UUSA), submitted a Risk Assessment Report for Classified Systems. In Reference 2, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) responded with a request for additional information (RAI).
UUSA submits Revision 3 to the Risk Assessment Report for Classified Systems with a revision that increases the Security Impact and Categorization to a Moderate assessment level to address the specific concerns of this RAI. Enclosure 1 addresses the RAls and is the revised Risk Assessment.
Enclosures 1 & 2 contain security related information. UUSA requests Enclosures 1 & 2 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
