Request for Renewal of Certificate of Compliance USA/9274/AF for Model No. ABB-2901 Packages
Dear Director,
In accordance with 10CFR71.38, Westinghouse hereby requests renewal of NRC Certificate of Compliance (CoC) USA/9274/AF Revision 10 that expires 30 September 2022. There are no changes to the package approval or Safety Analysis Report (SAR) Revision 4 that are not already consolidated and authorized in the existing certificate as identified in the current certificate reference section; SAR submitted in supplement dated November 21, 2003, Ref: NFT-NRC-03-010.
Westinghouse has a quality assurance program, approved by the Commission, which satisfies the provisions of subpart H (Quality Assurance) of Part 71. Further, Westinghouse complies with the terms and conditions of the applicable requirements of subparts A (General Provisions), G (Operating Controls and Procedures) of Part 71.
One copy of the renewal request is submitted electronically via NRC Electronic Information Exchange (EIE) system and emailed to the Project Manager, Pierre Saverot. Additional copies or electronic submissions are available upon request. Resubmission of SAR Revision 4 is available upon request.
