CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE NO. 9358, REVISION NO. 7, FOR THE MODEL NO. TN-LC PACKAGE
Dear Don Shaw:
On May 20, 2022, the staff issued Certificate of Compliance No. 9358, Revision No. 6, for the Model No. TN-LC package. It was subsequently noted that Drawing 65200-71-21 was incorrectly identified as Drawing 5200-71-21 and that Condition No. 5(c) had inadvertently not included the limitations of Condition No. 5(b)(2)(v) to those of Condition No. 5(b)(2)(iv) for both the PWR fuel assemblies and the fuel rods in a 21 pin can described in Condition No.
5(b)(1)(iv). Enclosed is Certificate of Compliance No. 9358, Revision No. 7, for the Model No.
TN-LC package. The staff's Safety Evaluation Report is also enclosed.
TN Americas LLC has been registered as a user of the package under the general license provisions of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 10 CFR 71.17 or Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR) 173.471. The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 173.471.June 23, 2022 D.
