In a letter dated July 12, 2022 (NRC Verification Letter ADAMS Accession No. ML22172A141, attached), the NRC staff verified that the submitted -A version is acceptable and is approved for referencing in future licensing applications for the BWRX-300 to the extent specified and under the limitations delineated. In addition, the signed NRC LTR Verification Form 896 is attached.
