SUMMARY
OF PUBLIC MEETING On May 12, 2022, at 5:30 p.m., the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) was part of a public meeting in which NRC staff presented the Agencys assessment of the safety performance at Seabrook Station for the period of January 1 through December 31, 2021, as described in the annual assessment letter dated March 2, 2022. A copy of the letter can be accessed through the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), Accession Number ML22060A047. Following the presentation, an opportunity was provided to the members of the public to ask questions on topics discussed during the first part of the meeting and the NRCs role in ensuring safe plant operations. The following NRC staff presented during the meeting: Dan Collins (Director, Division of Operating Reactor Safety),
Christopher Newport (Senior Resident Inspector, Seabrook Resident Office), Travis Daun (Resident Inspector, Seabrook Resident Office), and Niklas Floyd (Senior Reactor Inspector, Division of Operating Reactor Safety).
