Biography - Ashley Roberts Ashley Roberts serves as the Deputy Division Director, Division of Decommissioning, Uranium Recovery and Waste Programs, Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards (NMSS).
Ms. Roberts joined the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) in 2008 and has held several mission and policy support positions, including serving as the Budget and Performance Management Executive Technical Assistant for two NRC Executive Directors for Operations, and the Budget and Performance Management Policy Advisor to an NRC Chairman. Ms. Roberts management experience includes leading the Metrics and Data Analysis Team in the Division of Operating Reactor Licensing in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR); serving as Chief of the Financial, Human Capital and Analysis Support Branch, NRR; serving as the Director, Division of Resource Management and Administration, NRR; Director of NRRs EMBARK Venture Studio, served as the Acting Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer and most recently the held the position of Deputy Director, IT Services Development and Operations Division in the Office of the Chief Information Officer.
Prior to joining the NRC, she served as the Project Assistant on contracts with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and the Administration for Children and Families.
