OFFICE OF THE GENERAL COUNSEL REVIEW OF FRAMATOME TOPICAL REPORT, ANP-10323-P-A, GALILEO FUEL ROD THERMAL-MECHANICAL METHODOLOGY FOR PRESSURIZED WATER REACTOR Framatome Topical Report (TR) ANP-10323P-A, GALILEO Fuel Rod Thermal-Mechanical Methodology for Pressurized Water Reactor (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Package Accession No. ML21005A028), was submitted to the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) for review per LIC-500, Topical Report Process, to support the draft safety evaluation for Framatome TR BAW-10227P, Revision 2, Evaluation of Advanced Cladding and Structural Material (M5) in PWR [Pressurized Water Reactor] Reactor Fuel (ADAMS Accession No. ML22035A015). The legal review of TR ANP-10323P-A was completed. The OGC and Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff correspondence regarding comments on the legal review of TR ANP-10323P-A can be found in ADAMS at Accession No. ML22130A752.
