TERMINATION OF CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE NO. 9328 FOR THE TN-55 PACKAGE
Dear Mr. Noss:
By your letter dated January 18, 2022, you stated that you do not intend to renew Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9328 for the TN-55 package at its expiration date of April 30, 2022. As of April 30, 2022, CoC No. 9328 is terminated.
Accordingly, the authority to use the TN-55 package under the provisions of 49 CFR 173.471, is terminated.
