EXPIRAT IONOF THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR THE TN -55 PACKAGE, DOCKET No. 71-9328
Dear Sir:
Orano Federal Services LLC is the certificate holder for the TN-55 package, CoC USA/9 328/ AF-96. This certificate is set to expire on April 30, 2022.
Orano and its predecessor companies have not built or solda package under this certificate. Although the design may be utilized in some form in the future, we have decided that the current CoC is of little value.
For this reason, Orano has decided to a llow the certificate to permanently expire.
