In accordance with 10 CFR 71.31, TN Americas LLC (TN Americas) submitted an application to revise Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9358 for the TN-LC packaging [1], as supplemented to provide additional informatio n requested by the NRC to complete the review [2]. In accordance with 10 CFR 71.38, a request was submitted for renewal the CoC concurrent with revision of CoC N o. 9358 [3]. The purpose of this submission is to provide a consolidated TN-LC S afety Analysis Report (SAR), Revision 10 to reference as the application for C oC No. 9358, Revision 6.

The consolidated TN-LC SAR with Revision 10 changed pages is in cluded as Enclosure 1. The changed pages are indicated by Revision 10, 0 4/22 in the header of the page. Each changed page includes a revision bar a djacent to the changed content, with the exception of Appendix 6.10.5, which i s newly added in SAR Revision 10 and is indicated as such in the footer. A publi c version of the Revision 10 SAR with proprietary information redacted is provid ed for public availability as Enclosure 2. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, T N Americas is providing an affidavit as Enclosure 3, requesting that this pro prietary information be withheld from public disclosure.

Enclosures transmitted herein contain SUNSI. When separated fr om enclosures, this transmittal document is decontrolled.
