TN-LC, Docket No. 71-9358 (2) NRC Certificate of Compliance for the Model No. TN-LC, USA/9358/B(U)F-96, Revision 4 (3) Packaging Safety Analysis Report for the Model TN-LC Package, Revision 6 In accordance with 10 CFR 71.38, TN Americas LLC (TN Americas) submitted an application to revise Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9358 for the TN-LC packaging [1]. The current CoC 9358, Revision 4 [2] references the TN Americas consolidated application dated November 2012 [3], as supplemented. The purpose of this submittal is to provide a consolidated version of Revision 9 of the TN-LC Safety Analysis Report (SAR) for CoC Revision 5.
Prior to this submission of SAR Revision 9, hard-copy submissions used the page-replacement approach to updating the SAR. CoC 9358 Revision 0 was issued with reference to a consolidated TN-LC SAR Revision 6 [3]. This submission for SAR Revision 9 is transmitted electronically using the NRC Electronic Information Exchange (EIE) system. This application for SAR Revision 9 changes from paper submissions to an electronic submission that consolidates all previous changed pages into an electronic file.
The consolidated TN-LC SAR with Revision 9 changed pages is included as. The SAR title page identifies the new revision number and date of the application [1]. The changed pages are indicated by Revision 9, 04/20 in the header of the page. Each changed page includes a revision bar in the right-hand margin adjacent to the changed content, with the exception of Appendix 4.6.1, which is newly added in SAR Revision 9 and is indicated as such in the footer. A public version of the Revision 9 SAR with proprietary information redacted is provided for public availability as Enclosure 2.
