WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 2 - EXEMPTIONS FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF 10 CFR PART 26, SECTION 26.205(d)(7)
Dear Mr. Barstow:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has approved the enclosed exemptions from the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Part 26, Section 26.205(d)(7), for the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Unit 2. This action is in response to your application dated April 15, 2022, as supplemented by letter dated April 25, 2022, that requested the use of the less restrictive work hour limitations described in 10 CFR 26.205(d)(4), in lieu of the requirements of 10 CFR 26.205(d)(7), for an additional period of 60 days.
A copy of the exemptions is enclosed. The exemptions have been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
