SUMMARY

REPORT AND PDMS SAR CHANGE REPORT This letter submits the 2020-2021 Biennial 10 CFR 50.59 Summary Report required by 10 CFR 50.59(d)(2) and Technical Specification (TS) 6.8.1.4.b, and the Post-Defueling Monitored Storage (PDMS) Safety Analysis Report (SAR) change summary report required by TS 6.8.1.4.a.

The Attachment provides a report containing a brief description of any changes, tests or experiments that required a 50.59 evaluation during the reporting period, and a summary of any changes made to the PDMS SAR during the previous update.

As required by SECY-00-0045 (NEI 99-04) for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 2 (TMl-2),

based on a review of commitment tracking documentation, it has been determined that no new commitment changes were processed and implemented in calendar year 2021.

There are no new regulatory commitments contained in this submittal.

  • 2020-2021 Biennial TMl-2 50.59 Summary Report During the calendar years 2020 to 2021 there were no changes, tests, or experiments meeting the requirements of 10 CFR 50.59 requiring a written evaluation.

PDMS SAR Change Report The PDMS SAR was updated (Update 14) and submitted to the NRC in TMl-2 Solutions letter, TMl2-RA-COR-2021-0012, dated August 10, 2021. PDMS SAR Update 14 revised the PDMS SAR to reflect the current plant configuration, administrative processes, and editorial changes. There have been no changes to the PDMS SAR implemented since the Update 14 submittal.
