NRC Annual Assessment Summary Surry Power Station Dominion/Surry operated the plant safely and in a manner that preserved the public health and safety and protected the environment Surry Unit 1 was in the Licensee Response Column of the NRCs ROP Action Matrix for all of 2021 Surry Unit 2 was in the Regulatory Response Column of the NRCs ROP Action Matrix in the 1st quarter of 2021 due to one white finding issued in 2020. The finding was closed in December 2020, and Unit 2 returned to the Licensee Response Column starting in the 2nd quarter of 2021.
