PUBLIC MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT

Title:

To provide feed back to Cimarron Environmental Response Trust on draft documents that the licensee has provided access to in advance of submission of its Decommissioning Plan, Revision 3.

Date(s) and Time(s): March 10, 2022, 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM ET Location: Webinar Category: This is an Information Meeting with a Question and Answer Session. The purpose of this meeting is for the NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to discuss regulatory and technical issues. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed throughout the meeting; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments towards regulatory decisions at this meeting.

Purpose:

To provide Cimarron Environmental Environmental Response Trust with further feedback on it the NRC staff's concerns regarding the Ground Water remediation modeling and provide the results of performed independent calculations performed by the NRC staff based on data provided in the DP, data from external references incorporated by reference, and development of a numeric groundwater flow and fata and transport model.
