Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI) hereby submits the Indian Point Energy Center (IPEC) Fitness for Duty (FFD) Program Performance Data Report for the period January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021. Also included in this letter is the IPEC Fatigue Management Program Data Report, submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 26.203(e).
There are no new commitments contained in this letter.
