Email, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Benjamin Beasley to Darrell Gardner, Preliminary questions on the Hermes PSAR, email #1, January 10, 2022 This letter provides a response to NRC questions 2.5-1, 2.5-2, 2.5-3, and 2.5-4 provided in Reference 1 on the Kairos Power Hermes Test Reactor Preliminary Safety Analysis Report Section 2.5, Geology, Seismology, and Geotechnical Engineering. Kairos Power requests NRC review of the response in support of continued review of the Hermes non-power test reactor construction permit application.
The response is provided as Enclosure 1 to this letter.
