Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP) Revision 27 USA The National Enrichment Facility In accordance with 10 CFR 70.32(c)(2)(ii), Louisiana Energy Services, LLC ("LES"), also dba URENCO USA ("UUSA"), herewith submits changes made under UUSA's own approval authority to the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP) Revision 27. provides the page changes to the FNMCP. Revision bars, strikethroughs, and underlines were utilized.
The enclosure contains information concerning UUSA's material control and accounting program for special nuclear material. As such, UUSA requests the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
