Dear Commissioners and Staff:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.70, and in accordance with 10 CFR 72.4, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) hereby submits the Diablo Canyon Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR),
Revision 9. Revision 9 incorporates changes to the Diablo Canyon ISFSI UFSAR from February 6, 2020, through December 1, 2021. There were no changes in this revision resulting from a license amendment or a 10 CFR 72.48 evaluation.
The Enclosure contains Diablo Canyon ISFSI UFSAR, Revision 9 which includes a list of revised pages in accordance with 10 CFR 72.70(c)(2).
PG&E makes no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this letter.
