The Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards has received your letter dated January 14, 2022, transmitting the Minnesota Final Regulations to RATS IDs 2018-1, 2018-2, 2018-3, 2019-1, 2019-2, 2020-1, 2020-2, 2020-3, and other provisions not associated with a RATS ID (10 CFR Parts 20, App.B, 32.51, 35-11 to 35.19). The review has been assigned to Joe OHara, and it is our goal to complete the review within 60 days.
