The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has closed the subject case regarding a concerned individual being retaliated against for raising safety concerns.

The NRC determined there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation that the concerned individual was being retaliated against, so we plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
