Dear Ms. Atack:

On November 9, 2021, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a conference call with American Centrifuge Operating, LLCs (ACO) regarding the security plan for the Process Telephone System (PTS) (SP-3605-0044) in Piketon, Ohio. During this discussion, NRC requested a clarification be made to the plan regarding the version of software and firmware currently in use. provides the proposed changes to SP-3605-0044 and are noted in green highlighted tracked changes with a revision bar in the right-hand margin for NRCs ease of review.

Additionally, a final revision of SP-3605-0044 is being provided within Enclosure 2 to support NRCs final approval.

Enclosures 1 and 2 contain Security-Related Information and, in accordance with the guidance provided by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), contain Official Use Only information.

Therefore, ACO requests these enclosures be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 2.390(d)(1). Additionally, Enclosures 1 and 2 have been determined, in accordance with the guidance provided by the DOE, to contain Export Controlled Information and must be protected from disclosure per the requirements of 10 CFR Part 810.
