Rulings Under Review Petitioners seek review of the Order of NRC Secretary (unpublished), issued on October 29, 2018 (Secretarys Order); NRC Memorandum and Order CLI 14, issued on December 17, 2020 (CLI-20-14); and NRC Memorandum and Order CLI-21-09, issued on June 22, 2021 (CLI-21-09). All respective Orders were issued in a license proceeding before the Commission captioned In the Matter of Interim Storage Partners LLC (WCS Consolidated Interim Storage Facility), Docket No. 72-1050.
- 3. Related Cases Petitioners case is related to Case Nos. 21-1048, 21-1055 and 21-1056 filed in the United States Court of Appeals for District of Columbia Circuit.
