STAFF REQUIREMENTS - MEETING WITH ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON REACTOR SAFEGUARDS, 10:00 A.M.,
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2021, COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM, ONE WHITE FLINT NORTH, ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND (OPEN TO PUBLIC VIA WEBCAST)
The Commission met with the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) to discuss issues recently reviewed by the Committee. The ACRS presented updates on the following specific items: 1) Advanced Reactor Activities: 10 CFR Part 53, Fuel Qualification, and Source Term; 2) Uni-Directional Communications from High Safety to Lower Safety Systems and Internal Plant to External Systems Connected; and 3) NuScale Control Room Staffing Plan Topical Report.
There were no requirements identified for staff action.
