E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC; and Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, LLC (collectively, Applicants), the People of the State of Illinois by Attorney General Kwame Raoul (the People of the State of Illinois), the Environmental Law and Policy 1

Consideration of Approval of Transfer of Licenses and Conforming Amendments, 86 Fed. Reg. 23437 (May 3, 2021).

2 Center (ELPC), Eric J. Epstein, and Three Mile Island Alert, Inc. (TMIA) hereby jointly2 move the Commission to issue the enclosed Third Amended Protective Order. The proposed amendment is to revise the description of Sensitive Unclassified Non-Safeguards Information (SUNSI) that the Authorized Recipients may access and to update the list of Authorized Recipients. This Third Amended Protective Order governs the disclosure of, access to, and use of SUNSI, including proprietary trade secret or confidential commercial or financial information, or both, belonging to the Applicants.

2 Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.323(b), Applicants, the People of the State of Illinois, ELPC, Mr. Epstein, and TMIA certify that they successfully resolved the issues raised in this motion and request the Secretary to issue the attached Third Amended Protective Order to memorialize that resolution.
