Following a brief discussion, you agreed to modify your search to all publicly available documents found under docket #

04007102.

During our discussion, we also noted a prior FOIA request, FOIA/PA-2010-0039, concerning this same site. The incoming request, the agency's response, and the records made available, may be located in a single web package, consisting of 781 records, which may be found as ML101730241.

Finally, as we also mentioned, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has entered into agreements with many states that have assumed NRC regulatory authority to license and regulate byproduct materials (radioisotopes); source materials (uranium and thorium); and certain quantities of special nuclear materials.
