Reply to a Notice of Violation On June 25, 2021, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued a cited Severity Level IV violation to Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. (NFS). On July 20, 2021, NFS requested a 30-day extension to the written reply to allow additional time to fully evaluate the ramifications of the violation. An extension was granted by Jannette Worosilo, Branch Chief, Division of Reactor Safety, NRC Region II, on July 21, 2021.

This letter provides the 30-day written reply to the notice of violation as required by 10 CFR 2.201.
