The plan submitted on July 28, 2021 (Reference 2) was revised in response to a comment from your staff regarding commitments being described in future tense instead of present tense (Reference 3). This request has previously been discussed with Mr. Bernard Stapleton of your staff, and an NRC readiness review of the secure storage area / equipment has been scheduled with his concurrence for August 31, 2021.
The enclosure of this transmittal contains security-related information which is to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 and the instructions in RIS 2005-31, Revision 1.
