The Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards has received your email and letter dated August 17, 2021, transmitting the Louisiana Proposed Regulations to RATS ID 2018-1, 2020-2, and other provisions not associated with a RATS ID; and Revised Final Regulations to RATS ID 2015-3.
