5) GEH/NRC Telecom, 8/13/2021 On July 15, 2016 (Reference 3), GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy, LLC (GEH) requested an exemption from the decommissioning schedule requirements of 1 O CFR 50.82(a)(3) and 50.82(b)(4) using the criteria for exemptions found in 10 CFR 50.12 "Specific Exemptions" Upon further review and as we discussed with NRC on August 13, 2021 (Reference 5), GEH is withdrawing the exemption request.
