Dear Sir or Madam:

This letter is a supplement to the request (Reference 5) by GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas LLC (GEH) for an alternate decommissioning schedule for reactor licenses DPR-1, DR-10, and TR-1, which are in a shutdown condition. The supplement specifically requests an exemption from the requirements of 10 CFR 50.82(a)(3) and 10 CFR 50.82(b)(4)(i) and proposes to extend the schedule for decommissioning. Please see the attachment for specific details.

GEH requests that the NRC accept the exemption request for timely review and approval in accordance with 10 CFR 50.12 and 10 CFR 50.82.
