Jacobs (NRC) to S. Anton (Holtec) dated June 29, 2021

Dear Mr. Jacobs:

Holtec appreciates the staffs on-going review of the Topical Report on Methodology for Fuel Qualification. This letter provides responses to the RSIs from the NRC [1]. Attachment 1 provides the RSI responses and Attachment 2 is an updated version of the topical report.

Since this topical report is a new approach for the dry storage industry, Holtec would welcome the opportunity to have a public meeting with the staff once you have reviewed the RSI responses to further discuss the fuel qualification methodology.

If you have any questions, please contact me at 856-797-0900 ext 3951.

Sincerely, Document ID 5014932 Page 1 of 2
