Framatome Inc. (Framatome) submitted Quality Assurance Program (OAP), FS1-0011464, Revision 7, "10 CFR 71, Subpart H Quality Assurance Program Description for Packaging and Transportation of Radioactive Materials for US Fuel," in Reference 1.
In the table of Revisions for FS1-0011464, Revision 7, the date of the revision was noted in error as "2020" instead of "2021." This error was identified in the workflow step prior to its placement in Framatome's repository. Because this error was minor in nature (typo) and the error had no impact on the contents of the OAP, the error was documented for correction on the next revision in accordance with our processes. This issue does not reduce the effectiveness of the information contained in FS1-0011464, Revision 7.
As required by 10 CFR 71 Subpart H, Section 71.101 (c), the QAPD was submitted for review and approval, which fulfills the requirements of 10 CFR 71, Subpart H, Section 71.106 -
Changes to quality assurance program. Please finalize the review of the QAPD with reference to this letter.
