Dear Mr. Rhoades:

By letter dated June 28, 2021 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML21132A288), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 238 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-62 for the Clinton Power Station, Unit No. 1. The amendment was in response to your application dated April 30, 2020 (ADAMS Accession No. ML20121A178) as supplemented by letters dated November 24, 2020 (ADAMS Accession No. ML20329A433) and March 23, 2021 (ADAMS Accession No. ML21082A268).

Subsequent to issuance of the amendment, your staff informed me that there were unintended characters on issued technical specification (TS) page 3.5-12 and an unintended underscore on issued TS page 3.3-2. The attached TS pages correct these unintended changes. These corrections do not change any of the conclusions in the safety evaluation associated with the issuance of the amendment.
