OF THE JUNE 22, 2021, PUBLIC OUTREACH TO DISCUSS THE NRC 2020 END-OF-CYCLE PLANT PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT OF DAVIS-BESSE NUCLEAR POWER STATION, AND PERRY NUCLEAR POWER PLANT On June 22, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (EDT), a public webinar was held by representatives of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to provide the public with information on the 2020 End-of-Cycle plant performance assessment of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station and Perry Nuclear Power Plant, along with general information on the NRC. The NRC representatives discussed plant performance with members of the public and a number of state government employees. Representatives from Energy Harbor were also in attendance.
The NRC discussed their assessment of Davis-Besse and Perrys performance as documented in the March 4, 2021, End-of-Cycle Assessment Letters (ADAMS Accession No. ML21060B526 and ML21060B532, respectively). During the Question and Answer session of the webinar, representatives from the NRC discussed various topics of public interest.
