The purpose of this letter is to transmit a table with the PWR Owners Group comments on the Draft Safety Evaluation (DSE) (Enclosure 1) and a markup of the DSE that includes the comments (Enclosure 2).
The proprietary information from PWROG-19047-P included in the NRC DSE is indicated in bold brackets in Enclosure 2. The PWROG requests continued withholding from public disclosure in accordance with the affidavits originally transmitted by OG-20-167, PWR Owners Group Submittal of PWROG-19047-P/NP, Revision 0, North Anna Units 1 and 2 Reactor Vessels Low Upper-Shelf Fracture Toughness Equivalent Margin Analysis (PA-MSC-1481).
The PWROG requests that the Staff revise the DSE to address these comments and contact the PWROG with any questions regarding the PWROG comments.
