ISSUANCE OF PHASE A REPORT ASSOCIATED WITH THE COVID-19 PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY OVERSIGHT ACTIVITIES ASSESSMENT This memorandum transmits the Phase A report associated with the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) Oversight Activities Assessment effort. Phase A is considered complete with the issuance of this report. Phase B of this effort is currently underway and a more fulsome evaluation of oversight activities during the COVID-19 PHE is being undertaken by a working group with representation of the four regions and all the business lines in the Nuclear Materials and Waste Safety Programs. Thank you for your continued support to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) Oversight Activities Assessment effort.
