Request for Renewal of the CoC No. 9320 for the Model MIDUS Package/Change in address

Certificate of Compliance 9320, Docket No. 71-9320, Revision 4.
EnergySolutions, as the holder of the referenced MIDUS Transportation Package Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9320, which currently expires on November 30, 2021, hereby requests that the CoC be renewed to ensure continued use of the packaging. It is requested that the renewed CoC is issued to the following company name/address: EnergySolutions, 740 Osborn Road, Barnwell, SC 29812 EnergySolutions has reviewed the applicable Safety Analysis Report sections on operating procedures, acceptance tests, and maintenance programs and determined that they are complete and accurate and do not require revision. Therefore, there are no changes to the application cited in the current CoC.
We are requesting renewal of the MIDUS CoC ahead of the existing CoC expiration date due necessity to update the Certificate of Competent Authority (issued by the US Department of Transportation) along with obtaining validation of the MIDUS CoC by Authority for Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection (ANVS) in the Netherlands.
This letter is submitted electronically via NRC Electronic Information Exchange (EIE) system with an electronic copy to be sent to Ms. Norma Garcia Santos.
