SUBJECT:
PUBLIC MEETING WITH INDUSTRY TO DISCUSS APPLICATION OF HARDSHIP CRITERIA FOR FORCE-ON-FORCE INSPECTION 2021 On May 10, 2021, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) held a public meeting. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the application and implementation of the 2021 force-on-force (FOF) hardship criteria with representatives from the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), NextEra, Entergy, and other relevant stakeholders.
