This is a Closed meeting. This covers closed meeting sessions requested pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1), which relates to correspondence and reports to or from the NRC which contain information or records concerning a licensee's or applicant's physical protection, classified matter protection, or material control and accounting program for special nuclear material not otherwise designated as Safeguards Information or classified as National Security Information or Restricted Data.
Purpose:
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss planned requests for exemption from the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 37, "Physical protection of category 1 and category 2 quantities of radioactive material," for all operating reactor sites in the Tennessee Valley Authority fleet.
