Attachment 25 to Holtec Letter 5018083 FW CoC Reorganization Matrix The reorganization sections identified in these tables are based on the outline proposed by NEI on behalf of the Industry in Regulatory Issue Resolution Protocol Screening Form and Resolution Plan for Improving the Part 72 Regulatory Framework (RIRP-I-16-01 transmitted 5/12/2017) based on the format, content, and selection criteria proposed in Industry Petition for Rulemaking (PRM) 72-7.
- Indicates a deviation from the NEI proposed outline.
An item specified as deleted in the reorganization is not deleted from the CoC and transferred to the FSAR. An item specified as reduced is retained in the reorganized CoC in the location specified but does not include all of the text from the source CoC section/table/figure. It is noted when the removed text already exists in the FSAR. There are no instances of text deleted or removed from the CoC during this reorganization that required addition to the FSAR.
