CORRECTION: PILGRIM NUCLEAR POWER STATION - ACCEPTANCE OF REQUESTED LICENSING ACTION RE: PROPOSED INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION - ONLY SECURITY, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION, SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN (EPID L-2021-LLL-0008)

Dear Ms. Sterdis:

By letter dated April 20, 2021 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession [ADAMS] No. ML21104A160), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) accepted the Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC license amendment request for review and approval of proposed changes to the Pilgrim Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI)-Only Security, Training and Qualification, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, Rev. 0. In our acceptance review letter, the publication date for the Federal Register Notice and the closing date for the opportunity for hearing was incorrectly stated. In our April 20, 2021 letter, it was stated that:

The acceptance of the application for detailed technical review and the draft no significant hazards determination is scheduled to be published in the Federal Register on May 18, 2021, with a 60-day hearing request period ending July 19, 2021.

Because the application contains Sensitive Unclassified Non-Classified Information, the Federal Register Noticing process is different. The information that applies to this application is as follows:

The acceptance of the application for detailed technical review and the draft no significant hazards determination is scheduled to be published in the Federal Register on June 1, 2021, with a 60-day hearing period ending August 2, 2021.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure,"

a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public
