Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 73.55(r), NEDA is supplementing the License Amendment Request to incorporate alternative measures. The enclosure to this letter replaces Attachment 1 of Reference 2, in its entirety. NEDA requests NOTE The enclosure to this letter contains "SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION" and must be protected accordingly. Unauthorized disclosure could result in civil and/or criminal sanctions. SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION Sl-21-004 April 7, 2021 that the enclosure, which contains Safeguards Information, be withheld froni public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.22.
The changes do not impact the 1 O CFR 50.92 evaluation of "No Significant Hazards Consideration" previously provided in Reference 1.
This letter contains no new or revised regulatory commitments.
